Columbus was awarded a three-year contract by Lockheed Martin Corporation to provide Help Desk and Field Support Services (HDFSS) for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) under the DICE Contract. Columbus employees support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to provide enhanced desktop services and establish a unified help desk.

We provide desktop services, hardware replacement, computing capacity, enterprise services, as well as other support services. As part of Lockheed’s approach to managing the DICE Contract, Columbus employees support the legacy consolidation efforts from 13 to one unified help-desk, as well as the management of a unified messaging system. Additionally, Columbus employees provide cloud computing services to a heterogeneous community of end-recipients, and support software as a service (SaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS), as well as various other storage and virtual solutions. The award of this contract further underscores our long-standing commitment to providing technical support and solutions to the greater JPL community, which remains the birthplace of Columbus.
