SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) provides for electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services. Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) has adopted an integrated approach to contracting for support services.
